Travel to Prince of Wales Island is easy and affordable. Prince of Wales can be reached either on a short flight or a ferry from Ketchikan. On the island there are a number of communities with varying degrees of accommodations and amenities. Our recommendation is to take the short flight on Island Air Express to Klawock and stay in Thorne Bay.
